I had a very comfortable stay. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Working fridge, adequately equipped kitchenette (although an electric kettle would have been nice). Sky TV. Spotless bathroom, efficient shower. Close to Northern Line. Manager very pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t get online as router address didn’t work (no information pack available). Thin walls (please, don't bring a baby!). Terrific value. Stress-free booking. Highly recommended.
It is the second time we choose Flexistay and I am so glad we stayed there again. The room was large and airy and we had all the accessories we need. The cleaning service was most appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it in a heartbeat!
Good facilities, good maintenance, responsive staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite disconcerted to find not in original room as was moved to a further away residential area of tooting. Whilst a taxi was provided for the morning (very appreciated) I didn't feel I could wander around at night on my own as it would be very obvious I didn't know where I was.
