Upon our arrival we were shown around the apartment/hotel and we were pleasantly surprised, the rooms were very clean, the bathrooms were spotless, the dining area and kitchen were too. Fridge full of food that we were encouraged to use during our stay, the staff were very helpful and very pleasant. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
good point: able to cook..good location and easy access, just few minutes walk up to Tooting Broadway Underground Station, many restaurant around the area...definitely a very good hotel and value for money for those who want to stay in a budget hotel.
The customer service here was outstanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The 24hour kitchen with food is a nice plus. There are also all the facilities one needs, like laundry machines, irons and ironing boards. This is a perfect place for someone who is traveling for work, or just a cheap comfortable night in London. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clever concept, and Tooting is well placed for underground connections. Basic but clean accommodation and the fridge was always well stocked.
Every aspect of the holiday was really satisfying, thanks mostly to the awesome customer service. Room cleaned and fresh towels every day. Everything was really worth the price.
