Warm welcome on arrival-facilities very good-Communal Kitchen clean and drinks/food available to guests.Relaxed atmosphere in Dining area/TV Lounge.En-Suite very small but nice to have. Room very warm so a fan would be a welcome addition.Helpful and friendly staff.Very enjoyable stay-definately book again-thank you.
I needed to stay near Croydon for my company for a night and was very glad I stayed at this hotel
simple, but clean and tidy, plenty of breakfast, great to be able to help youself when you want, not being tied to times! handy for the train. would stay again
It is clean with a good welcoming. C'est propre et il y a un bon accueil. Near the station to London and near shops. (proche de la gare et des magasins). All is good.
