DJ - The one who gave me to have a pleasant stay there in norbury.
Had booked late minuter deal, so best possible price. We arrived tired, 2 hours before check in time, but were provided hospitality refreshment while awaiting preparation of our room within 1/2 hour. The room was as expected. It was clean and provided everything it had been advertised to. We were provided with forn door key as well as room key making our activities easier. The self service breakfast worked well for us. We would use again and recommend. Vey pleased.
This hotel is not very far from Central London, only thing you have to make couple of changes to get into the downtown.
+ The place is very close to the rail station (from which you can get a train straight to Victoria station). The person at the reception was very friendly and the room was pretty clean. - A bit noisy because of the rails being near, tiny bathroom (but its enough for short stay).
We arrived alot earlier than expected to London, and caught the train to Norbury straight away. The kind gentleman at the welcome desk told us that we could check in an hour early. We were greeted by very good customer service skills, a small tour of the facilities within the hotel, and our room which was perfect. It was clean, roomy, and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It was definitely the best nights sleep I've had in London in a very long time, and came with everything you would want. Extremely happy with everything.

Great Service...I've stayed at this hotel before..I love the location, the cleanliness etc etc...The room sizes are decent too..
The hotel was absolutely perfect for my short vacation in Norbury! Very good price, very clean, good customer service. Great location to go in and out of Central London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
